CARMINE LAKE

It is used in ice cream, pastries, sweets, snacks, soups, desserts, meats and other products. The Carmine Laca gives a shade of red to pink, depending on the product, coloring process and quantity used. It is soluble in alkaline solutions.

WATER-SOLUBLE CARMINE

It is soluble in water and can be used in ice cream, cakes, sweets, snacks, soups, desserts, meats, and other food products. It provides a hue between violet and red in the final product, depending on product type, process and quantity used.

LIQUID CARMINE

It is also water-soluble. It can be used in ice creams, cakes, sweets, desserts, meats, drinks and other food products. It provides a hue between violet and red in the final product, depending on the product type, process and quantity used.

CARMINIC ACID

It can be used in ice cream, bakery products, pastry, desserts, beverages and other food products in aqueous phase. It gives an orange or red hue in the final product, depending on the pH of the food product and the quantity used. Soluble throughout the pH range, especially used in low pH products.
