IMBAREX produces natural colorants that can be applied in fruit concentrates. For strawberry pulp, Carmine can be applied in water-soluble or liquid form. In addition, Norbixin can be used to achieve the yellow-orange colour of passion fruit. This should be different concentrations depending on the shade you want to achieve. The annatto is essential as it is stable to acid.
Açaí is rich in iron, fiber and is an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory food that has many benefits for the immune system and heart health. Açai pulp does not normally have colorants but when used for ice cream it does and can include water-soluble carmine or norbixin.
